BUY
When ordering, a purchase agreement is only made when we have confirmed the order through an order confirmation. An order confirmation is sent no later than 24 hours after the order has been placed and paid for. If the delivery time is changed in the order, the customer will be notified of this as soon as possible. You always have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge until the item has been shipped. If you want to change something in your order, it will be fine until we have sent it to you. Esther & Inez has ownership and repossession rights to all products until full payment has been received from the customer. To shop with us, you must be 18 years old and we must be able to determine the customer's residential address.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Each item is listed with a price including VAT. In the shopping cart, you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment.
You have the option to pay via Klarna when you shop in our online store. Via Klarna, you can choose to pay directly by card or against an invoice. When you pay by invoice, you shop safely and easily. You do not need to provide your card details and only pay when you have received your goods. Payment time with Klarna is 14 days, you also have the option to split your payment.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery within approx. 5–7 working days within Sweden from the order confirmation being sent. In the event of deviating delivery times, this will be notified immediately to the email address you entered when ordering. In order to be notified if you have to collect your package from an agent, it is important that you enter your phone number when ordering.
UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES
Unclaimed packages are charged. You must send the package back to us yourself, even if you have regretted your purchase.
COMPLAINTS
When you receive your goods, it is important that you check your order immediately. If you want to claim a damaged or faulty product, please contact us by email for further instructions. Notify us via e-mail info@estherinez.se before you send anything. Include the receipt/order slip so we can identify the complaint return. In the event of a complaint, we are responsible for the return shipping, you email us and receive a return shipping slip. In the first instance, we will try to fix the product, fix it or replace it with an equivalent one.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Your right of cancellation (the cancellation period) is valid for 14 days from when you received your order. Your message to us must clearly state that you regret it. You are obliged to keep the item in the same good condition as when you received it. You may not use it, but of course carefully examine it and try it. If the item is damaged or lost due to your carelessness, the right of withdrawal, exchange or refund does not apply. If an item is special ordered or changed from its original appearance, open purchase or exchange rights do not apply.
Christmas presents bought between 1-24 December are open until 10 January.
RETURN
Information on how to return is included in your delivery. If you have lost it, you can email info@estherinez.se and we will email a new one. We can offer a refund or an exchange for a different color, size or other item(s). We do not refund shipping costs. The item must be returned in the same condition as you received it, i.e. unused, unironed and unwashed. Please note that the goods must be packed in their original packaging in which they were delivered when returned, and that all labels must remain in place as you received the product. If this is not met, the right of withdrawal, right of exchange or refund does not apply.
Tips on how to protect the garment when you try it on: Do not use strong perfume, make-up or deodorant that can stain. For stains and such. right of withdrawal, right of exchange or refund does not apply.
We recommend that returns are sent by postal package in order to be tracked, as we do not replace lost returns. Do not send returns as cash on delivery. Refunds for the goods are made to the account with which you paid for the goods. We do not accept returns sent later than 14 days after receiving the order. When changing to a different size of the same product, we are responsible for the shipping of the new product.

REFUNDABLE
If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we shall repay what you have paid for the goods as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the goods. This is then excl. the shipping cost.
SALE
Sale without end date valid while stocks last. Esther & Inez reserves the right to final sale. If you have ordered an item that is no longer available, we will contact you via email.
RESERVATIONS
We reserve the right for final sales and for goods to be discontinued. We cannot guarantee that the images in this webshop exactly correspond to reality. Colors in particular can be experienced very differently on screen and in real life. We reserve the right for any printing errors on this website. We reserve the right to adjust prices and any price errors.
PRIVATE POLICY - GDPR
In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your data in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to receive the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or removed, in which case contact us by email.

FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action in the labor market, authority decisions and comparable events beyond our control which could not reasonably have been foreseen, and affect concluded agreements and commitments on our part, which means that we cannot keep said agreement/commitment, shall form the basis for that we are released from our obligations to fulfill said agreement.
DISPUTE
In the event of a dispute, Esther & Inez AB will follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board.
