Materials and washing instructions
We sew Sanna in an incredibly comfortable single jersey knit consisting of 95% organic cotton 5% elastane. The fabric is produced and printed in Turkey with organic digital inks. The fabric is GOTS certified.
When washing your dress, we recommend 40 degrees and that it be hung to dry. We also recommend that you use an environmentally friendly detergent or laundry detergent and refrain from using fabric softener. Avoid tumble drying as this will shrink the garment more and also require a greater amount of energy. Shake the garment out thoroughly before hanging it on a hanger or clothesline to get it as smooth as possible so you don't have to iron the garment. Keep in mind that it is often enough to air a garment before it has to be washed, which will save the environment and your clothes will last longer. Stains can often be rubbed off and the area with the stain washed lightly beforehand.
Shrinkage allowance 3-5% in the first wash.
